YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Flood warnings are in effect through this morning for Logan County and through this afternoon for western Kit Carson County due to recent rainfall causing possible flood conditions. Please remember if you encounter a flooded road: turn around, don't drown!  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...  Scattered thunderstorms are possible during the late afternoon and evening hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. A low chance for severe weather exists currently though there is potential for torrential rainfall leading to possible flash flooding on these days within the region.
