This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…
During the afternoon and early evening a band of moderate snow will
move east across the Tri-State Area. As the band moves through
visibilities may fall to less than a mile briefly. The melted snow
may turn to ice on bridges and overpasses.
A Freeze Warning has been issued for the entire area in anticipation
of temperatures in the teens and 20s leading to a hard freeze
tonight. Record or near record low temperatures are expected. Wind
chills of -5 to 15 degrees are expected across the area with winds
gusting between 25 and 35 mph.

A Freeze Warning will be in effect through Friday morning.
