Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT…

A Frost Advisory remains in effect for a portion of the forecast area this
morning with temperatures expected to dip into the middle to upper
30s.

Another Frost Advisory is in effect for a portion of the forecast
area after midnight tonight into Monday morning. Another round of low
temperatures dipping into the middle to upper 30s is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY…

Near critical fire weather conditions are possible Monday afternoon
for eastern Colorado as a result of warm, dry, and breezy conditions.

Below freezing temperatures are expected across much of the forecast
area through the overnight and early morning hours each day beginning
Wednesday night and continuing into next weekend. With precipitation
also expected during this period, it will be possible for light rain
to mix with and change to light snow.

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
