Yuma County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska…
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT…

A Frost Advisory has been issued for a portion of the central High
Plains region Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Areas of
frost are expected after midnight tonight into early Sunday morning
across far eastern Colorado, extreme southwest Nebraska, and the
adjoining areas of northwest Kansas as temperatures dip into the
lower to middle 30s with mostly clear skies and light winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY…

A Frost Advisory has been issued for a portion of the central High
Plains region for Sunday night into early Monday morning. Frost is
possible again across the tri-border region of Nebraska, Colorado,
and Kansas.

Near critical fire weather conditions will be possible Monday
afternoon for eastern Colorado.

Below freezing temperatures are expected across portions of the
forecast area through the overnight and early morning hours each day
from the latter part of the week into the beginning of next weekend.
With precipitation also expected during this period, it is possible
that light rain may mix with and change to light snow.
