 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Near Critical to potentially Critical fire weather conditions are forecast for the Tri-State area Friday as southerly winds gusting 35 to 45 mph combine with relative humidity values falling into the lower teens to around 20 percent. Outdoor burning should be avoided.  Near Critical fire weather conditions are possible Saturday afternoon for those east of a line from Hill City to Oakley.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
