Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits late tonight and early Sunday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Near critical fire weather conditions... associated with 15 to 25 mph southwesterly winds and relative humidity readings as low as 15 to 20 percent... are anticipated across portions of the Tri-State area Sunday afternoon... mainly along and south of Interstate 70.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
