YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Light snow will develop over portions of the Tri-State area today, mainly late this afternoon and evening. Snow will likely be intermittent in nature. Accumulations ranging from a dusting to an inch or two are possible, mainly in northeast Colorado and adjacent portions of Kansas and Nebraska. Locally hazardous travel conditions associated with snow and blowing snow are possible.  A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri-State area tonight through Thursday morning.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Wind chill readings as low as 10 to 15 below zero are expected across the entire Tri-State area Thursday night through Friday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotters are encouraged to report any amount of snow accumulation to the National Weather Service in Goodland via social media or telephone.
