YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  No hazardous weather is expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Precipitation, predominately in the form of snow, will develop over much of the Tri-State area Wednesday and Wednesday night. Precipitation will likely be intermittent in nature. Snow accumulations ranging from a dusting to three inches are possible, mainly along and north of Interstate 70. A brief period of freezing drizzle or sleet cannot be ruled out Wednesday morning. Locally hazardous travel conditions due to snow and blowing snow are possible. Residents and travelers are encouraged to stay tuned for later updates.  Wind chill readings ranging from 15 to 25 below zero are anticipated across the entire Tri-State area Wednesday night through Thursday morning.  Wind chill readings ranging from 10 to 15 below zero are anticipated across the entire Tri-State area Thursday night through Friday morning.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
