.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY…
Strong southerly winds are expected across the Tri-State area on
Sunday. Sustained winds as high as 30 to 40 mph and gusts as high as
55 mph will be possible. Blowing dust could become an issue across
the region.
Strong south to southwest winds and an increasingly dry airmass may
result in critical fire weather conditions Sunday afternoon,
particularly in eastern Colorado.
The passage of a frontal boundary Tuesday into Wednesday of next
week will bring about potential frost or freeze concerns as
temperatures will drop into the 30s for northwest areas. Please stay
