Strong southerly winds are expected across the Tri-State area on
Sunday. Sustained winds as high as 30 to 40 mph and gusts as high as
55 mph will be possible. Strong south to southwest winds and an
increasingly dry airmass may result in critical fire weather
conditions Sunday afternoon, particularly in eastern Colorado.
