YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Wind chill readings will fall into the single digits below zero along and west of Kansas Highway 27 with readings in the single digits above zero elsewhere tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Cold wind chill readings will persist throughout the week, mainly during the overnight and early morning hours. Well below zero wind chill readings are possible during the early morning hours on Friday and Saturday. Record low temperatures are possible for a few locations Friday morning.  Elevated fire weather conditions are possible for those mainly along and west of Kansas Highway 27 Saturday afternoon.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
