North winds gusting 40-55 MPH are expected directly behind a cold
tonight as it moves east across the Tri-State Area. Stronger wind
gusts around 60 MPH are expected north of the Kansas Nebraska border.
The winds will gradually decline through 2 AM CDT as the cold front
and storms behind it continue east.
