YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  Frost will remain possible until an hour or two after sunrise this morning across Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties of Colorado.  Near critical fire weather conditions are expected on this afternoon for locations generally along and east of Kansas Highway 25.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...  Critical fire weather conditions are expected for areas along and north of I-70 on Friday afternoon with areas south of I-70 seeing possible near critical fire weather conditions.  The Tri-State area sees potential for possible frost and freeze conditions on Sunday night into Monday morning as well as Monday night into Tuesday morning.
