 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TONIGHT...  Frost will be possible after midnight across Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties of Colorado. A Frost Advisory is in effect.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...  Frost will remain possible for an hour or two after sunrise Thursday morning across Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties of Colorado.  Near critical fire weather conditions are expected on Thursday for locations generally along and east of Kansas Highway 25.  Elevated fire weather conditions are expected across the entire Tri- State area on Friday.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
