 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...  A Frost Advisory is in effect for northeast Colorado, southwest Nebraska as well as Cheyenne county in Kansas tonight. Temperatures as low as 35 degrees could harm tender vegetation overnight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  Frost Advisory remains in effect through the mid morning hours Sunday.  Elevated fire weather conditions are possible Tuesday afternoon for areas along and west of a line from McCook, Nebraska southwest to Arapahoe, Colorado.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
