This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado. .DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING... A Flood Watch for potential flash flooding is in effect for northeast Colorado until 300 AM MDT Tuesday. Localized flooding could produce hazardous travel. Showers and storms are expected across most of the area, lasting through the overnight hours. Initially, there will be a threat for landspouts and hail up to an inch in diameter (mainly south of I-70 and Highway 24) during the late afternoon hours. Going into the evening and overnight hours, the chances for landspouts and hail will decrease while the threats for severe wind gusts (to around 60-65 mph) and localized flooding will increase. Both threats are expected to be isolated in nature and tied to stronger/training storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...
