A Heat Advisory is in effect for areas east of a line from Hitchcock county in Nebraska to Thomas and Gove counties in Kansas. Afternoon Heat Index values will range from 104 to 107 degrees. There is a Marginal Risk of severe thunderstorms developing this afternoon and evening northwest of a line extending from Red Willow county Nebraska to Sherman county Kansas and Cheyenne county Colorado. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will develop across northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming this afternoon and extend into southwest Nebraska and northwest Kansas late this afternoon and evening. Isolated wind gusts to 60 mph and quarter sized hail along with localized heavy rainfall that may produce flash flooding are all possible with some of the stronger storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
