YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...  A flood watch has been issued for tonight across Yuma, Kit Carson, and Cheyenne counties in Colorado and Sherman and Wallace counties in Kansas.  An area of heavy rain associated with thunderstorms moving across the plains of eastern Colorado will move into western Kansas after 6 PM MDT and continue across the area overnight. In addition to heavy rainfall, thunderstorms may produce damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...
