YUMA COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska... northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...THROUGH TONIGHT...  Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...  A Heat Advisory remains in effect for portions of the area on Sunday, mainly east and north of Colby, where heat indices will approach 105 degrees during the afternoon.  Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are anticipated Sunday afternoon, mainly EAST of Kansas Highway 27 where 15 to 20 mph southwesterly winds will persist throughout the afternoon.  A few thunderstorms may develop north of Interstate 70 late Sunday afternoon and evening. Brief, isolated wind gusts up to 65 mph cannot be ruled out in association with any thunderstorm.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
