Winds will shift to the north and increase to 25 to 35 mph with gusts
up to 45 mph in the wake of a cold frontal passage around sunrise
Monday morning. Winds of this magnitude may result in hazardous
travel conditions, particularly for high profile vehicles on west
east routes such as Interstate 70.
