This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight Areas of flurries in the mountains will continue today with patchy blowing snow. It will be windy across the plains with gusts from 40 to 50 mph. As a result, blowing snow will occur which will lead to poor travel conditions and road closures. Light snow will end in the mountains by early evening with winds quickly decreasing over the plains. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday Dry conditions are expected across the forecast area through Monday. Moisture returns to the area on Tuesday. There will be a chance of alpine snow showers Tuesday through the rest of the week. There may be enough moisture for a chance of snow over the plains Wednesday and Wednesday evening. Much colder temperatures will start to impact northeast Colorado by the end of next week, especially across the plains. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
