WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Gusty south winds to 50 mph, dry conditions, and warmer temperatures will lead to critical fire weather conditions across parts of the eastern plains, mainly south of Interstate 76.  Snow moves into the mountains this afternoon and continues through the evening. Roads will become snow covered and slippery, especially across the northern mountains where 3 to 8 inches of snow is expected to fall.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday  Fire danger will decrease Thursday through Saturday. Mountain snow will gradually come to an end Thursday with a slight chance of snow over the plains.   .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
