WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Dry and breezy conditions are expected today, with critical fire weather conditions across most of the northeastern plains. Wind gusts of 30-45 mph are likely this afternoon, with higher gusts possible over the mountain peaks. A cold front will bring some relief this evening with patchy frost possible tonight.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  It will remain windy over the higher mountains and east slopes Wednesday and Thursday while the plains will be breezy at times on Wednesday. Fire weather conditions will still be elevated with low humidities. There will be less wind starting on Friday, but dry conditions will continue.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
