WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected again over the mountains and northern Front Range foothills this afternoon. Brief heavy rain and gusty winds will be the main impacts. There is a limited threat of flash flooding over the Cameron Peak and East Troublesome burn scars.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday  Scattered late showers and thunderstorms can be expected in the mountains and foothills on Saturday. From Sunday through Thursday, afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will be likely in the in the mountains and foothills and scattered over the plains. There will be a limited threat of burn area flash flooding on Sunday, then the threat will increase with the better shower coverage from Sunday through all of next week. Temerptures will remain above seasonal normals Saturday and Sunday, then cool off a bit for the work week.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
