WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the mountains and into the southern foothills and Palmer Divide area by the late afternoon and continuing into the early evening. A few storms could move over the Metro area and eastern plains with light to moderate rain and gusty winds being the main hazards.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  High pressure rebuilds over the Central Rockies this upcoming week. Very warm temperatures will return to the area. It will be dry as well for Tuesday and Wednesday. The chance for storms returns to the mountains Thursday. For Friday and the weekend, there will be a chance for thunderstorms across the area.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  potter activation will not be needed today or tonight but rainfall and or flooding reports would be greatly appreciated.
