Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Record heat will continue today with highs reaching 100 in Denver.
Staying hydrated and wearing sunscreen will again be a necessity
for anyone spending an extended period of time outside. There is a
small chance of isolated thunderstorms over Lincoln and
Washington Counties this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday

A cold front is expected to move through on Tuesday, providing a
break from the heat and increasing the chances for isolated showers
in the mountains. Temperatures will warm back into the 90s from
Wednesday through Thursday along with a better chance for
afternoon showers and thunderstorms, especially from Friday
through the weekend.

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
