This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado. .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight Scattered showers and thunderstorms will focus mainly south of the I- 70 corridor for the mountains and valleys with isolated showers for the Palmer Divide. These slow moving storms will produce heavy rainfall and gusty variable winds. Best time frame for thunderstorms will occur between 2PM-7PM. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Tuesday, scattered storms and showers will bring a limited threat of burn area flash flooding. Thursday, persistent heat will increase heat risk and another Heat Advisory may be necessary for the plains, especially for our northeast corner. There will be increasing coverage and intensity of showers and storms in the latter half of the week and weekend. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
