This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  The mountains and foothills can expect scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening. There will be isolated showers and thunderstorms over the adjacent plains. There will be a slight threat of flash flooding over the burn scars in the mountains this afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday  Temperatures will be well above normal through mid week. Precipitation will increase in coverage and intensity again Thursday into the weekend with a limited threat of burn area flash flooding.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
