This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight
No hazardous weather is expected. Today will be much cooler on
the plains with high temperatures near 80. It will be dry, with
just a slight chance of an isolated late day/early evening shower
or thunderstorm possible over the Palmer Divide.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday
Tuesday will have similar weather with just a slight chance of a
thunderstorm over the plains or foothills. It will be hot and dry
with afternoon breezes over the higher mountains and the mountain
The warm and dry conditions will spread to the east side of
the mountains for Wednesday and Thursday, and fire danger will be
elevated. A little cooling and a chance of thunderstorms are
expected for Friday and Saturday, then it will be warmer and drier
again starting Sunday.
