Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday

A storm system with cooler temperatures and snow will affect
Colorado starting midday Sunday through Friday morning. Snow
should pick up in the mountains Sunday afternoon, with the best
snow rates after sunset and continuing until sunrise Monday. 4-10
inches of snow is possible, with the higher amounts occurring
across the northern mountains. The plains and eastern foothills
could see snow begin Sunday evening and continue through sunrise
Monday. The Monday morning commute could be impacted, and 1-4
inches are possible at this time with higher amounts across the
foothills and Palmer Divide. Conditions should improve by Monday
midday. A warming trend will kick in Tuesday through Friday with
dry conditions expected.
