Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather today. Areas of light snow are expected in
the mountains tonight, mainly over the higher ridges where an inch
or two of snow may fall. Winds will also increase over the ridges
and into the higher Front Range foothills with gusts to 40 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday

Light snow will continue over the high mountains Thursday morning,
but end by afternoon. Northwest winds will increase over the
plains with gusts up to 40 mph. For Friday and Saturday it will
be dry with above normal temperatures.

A weather system will affect the area late Sunday into Monday
bringing snow to the mountains with a chance of snow at lower
elevations.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
