Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Light snow will continue this afternoon and evening east of the
Front Range. Snow accumulations in most areas will be around an
inch, but areas near the foothills and south of Denver and Limon
may receive as much as 4 inches. Over the higher mountains and
western valleys, there will be areas of light snow in the late
afternoon and evening with accumulations of 2 inches or less.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday

Dry weather and a warming trend are expected Thursday through
Saturday. Another storm system is expected to move over southern
Colorado Saturday night and Sunday which will bring a return of
light snow to the central mountains and a mix of rain and snow
over eastern Colorado. The first part of next week looks to be
cool with more snow, especially in the mountains.


Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
