Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

…ANOTHER BATCH OF SNOW COMING TO NORTHEASTERN COLORADO TONIGHT
INTO TUESDAY…

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…This Afternoon and Tonight

Light snow will continue over the mountains this afternoon
through tonight. Light snow is expected to developing over most
of the plains early this evening and continue overnight. Snowfall
amounts will be light with 1 to 4 inches in the high mountains
and 1 to 3 inches out on the plains by dawn Tuesday morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday

Areas of light snow along with slick roads and slower travel
conditions will likely linger into the Tuesday morning commute.
Additional snow accumulations will be an inch or less, and mainly
confined to areas along and south of the I-70 Corridor.

Areas of light snow will likely redevelop Wednesday and Wednesday
night with another weather disturbance and passage of a cold
front.

After dry weather and a warming trend Thursday through Friday,
yet another weather disturbance will likely bring a return of
snow to the mountains and possibly the plains Saturday night and
Sunday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT…

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
