Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Patchy dense fog will reduce visibilities below a quarter of a
mile across the urban corridor this morning. Motorists should slow
down and use low-beam lights if they encounter fog. The rest of
the day today will be dry with below normal temperatures.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday

A weak system will bring light snow to north-central and northeast
Colorado on Wednesday and Thursday morning. The northern
mountains will see 1 to 4 inches from this system with less than
an inch expected across the plains. A strong cold front will bring
gusty northerly winds on the plains on Wednesday with gusts up to
45 mph possible.

A series of weak systems will bring snow to the mountains Friday
night through the weekend. Mostly dry conditions are expected
across the plains Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be dry with
seasonable temperatures.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
