Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Warmer temperatures, light winds and dry conditions can be
expected regionwide for today. Isolated light snow showers will
begin to develop across the northern mountains overnight. Snow
accumulation under the showers will be around an inch.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday

On Tuesday, a weak disturbance will bring snow showers to the
mountains with light accumulations expected. The plains will
remain dry and mild.

Some cooling is expected Wednesday and Thursday as a storm system
moves across the state. Expect periods of snow and gusty winds
over the mountains. The plains will remain mainly dry except a
slight chance of showers Wednesday night along with windy
conditions. A return to mainly drier and warmer weather is
expected Friday through the weekend.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
