Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Mostly sunny, dry and warmer for today with light winds across the
plains. Across the mountains, west to northwest of 15 to 25 mph
with gusts to 35mph will possible across the higher northern
ranges.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Monday through Saturday

Dry conditions and warming temperatures are expected on Monday. On
Tuesday, a weak disturbance will bring a chance of snow to the
mountains with light accumulations. The plains will remain dry
and mild. Some cooling is expected Wednesday and Thursday as a
storm system moves across the state. Snow will begin in the
mountains on Wednesday and potentially move onto the plains
Thursday along with windy conditions. Snowfall amounts look like
they will be light at this time as the storm moves quickly over
the state. A return to dry weather is expected Friday and
Saturday.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
