Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Dry conditions, cool temperatures and much lighter winds can be
expected across the Front Range and eastern plains today.
Northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph across the
far northeast plains will gradually decrease by late morning.

Across the high country, occasional strong west winds with gusts
to 40 mph can be expected near the higher passes and ridges
through early afternoon. This will cause areas of blowing snow
and reduced visibility at times. The dry conditions will persist
across the area into tonight with lighter winds regionwide.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday

Mainly dry conditions and warming temperatures are expected for
Sunday through Tuesday ahead of potential for colder and wintry
weather for the high country and lower elevations for late
Wednesday into Thursday.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
