This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight
Strong winds will continue into the afternoon across the higher
passes and east slope foothills. People planning travel into the
mountains should be prepared for gusty winds, snow covered roads,
and locally reduced visibility due to blowing snow.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Wednesday through Monday
Another weak system will bring light snow to the mountains
Wednesday night into Thursday with just a slight chance of showers
across the lower elevations. High pressure will build over the
region late Thursday through Saturday with dry conditions and
slightly warmer temperatures. The next system will bring a chance
of snow back to the mountains on Saturday night and Sunday.
