Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Areas of mainly light snow will continue early this morning, but
should gradually end by mid to late morning across lower
elevations. Additional accumulations will be an inch or less in
most areas. In the mountains, the snow will continue through the
afternoon with additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches.

For tonight, the snow will end during the evening hours in the
mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday

Dry conditions are expected for the forecast area Saturday and
Sunday. The next storm will bring snow to the forecast area Monday
and Tuesday. The mountains can expected the higher snowfall
totals with this storm compared to the plains. A chance of snow
will continue in the high country Wednesday and Thursday with dry
conditions over the plains. Temperatures will be a bit above
seasonal normals Saturday and Sunday, then at or below normal
readings Monday through Thursday.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
