WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

 ...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THROUGH THE WEEKEND...  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Dry air will combine with developing breezy conditions to increase the fire danger this afternoon. The winds will be strongest in the northern mountains where winds will gust to around 30 mph.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Above normal temperatures with a dry air mass in place will cause elevated to critical fire weather conditions across the forecast area during the afternoon hours each day through Monday. If wind speeds are strong enough some of those days, Red Flag Warnings will be needed for the appropriate areas.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
