This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight
It will be a few degrees cooler today. Wind gusts from 40 to 50
mph will occur over the higher terrain this afternoon and tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Monday through Saturday
Dry and warmer weather is expected to return Monday and Tuesday.
An approaching weather system will bring precipitation back to
north-central and northeast Colorado Wednesday and Thursday.
Mountain areas could see light to moderate snow begin by
Wednesday afternoon which will continue overnight. The plains will
see light rain Wednesday afternoon, changing to light snow in the
evening. Lingering shower activity Thursday morning is expected
to clear out by the afternoon or evening. Friday and Saturday
should be dry.
