Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

Gusty westerly winds of 30 to 50 mph will continue to decrease
through the morning hours across the higher mountains and Front
Range foothills. A few higher gusts up to 60 mph will be confined
to the high mountain passes. The passage of a morning cold front
will result in cooler temperatures today and breezy conditions
across the plains with gusts up to 35 mph. The winds will
diminish by the evening hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday

Dry weather conditions are expected Thursday and Friday with mild
temperatures. A quick moving upper level trough will move in on
Saturday bringing light precipitation Saturday and Saturday
evening. Dry weather returns Sunday through Tuesday with a
potentially stronger system beyond that.


Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
