This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.
.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight
Gusty westerly winds of 30 to 50 mph will gradually decrease
during the morning hours across the higher mountains and Front
Range foothills. A few higher gusts up to 60 mph will be
confined to the high mountain passes. A weak disturbance and cold
front will result in cooler temperatures and breezy conditions
across the plains today. The winds will diminish this evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday
Dry weather conditions are expected Thursday and Friday with mild
temperatures. A quick moving upper level trough will move in on
Saturday bringing light precipitation Saturday and Saturday
evening. Dry weather returns Sunday through Tuesday with a
potentially stronger system beyond that.
