WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight  There will be light snow in the mountains today mainly during the afternoon. This snow may briefly create poor travel conditions especially across the I-70 mountain corridor including the Eisenhower tunnel. Additional snow amounts will be under 2 inches.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday  Mountain snow will continue Wednesday through Friday. The heaviest snow for the foothills and mountains will likely occur Thursday night.  There is a chance of rain showers on the plains Wednesday night into Thursday morning. After that, rain is likely, changing to snow Thursday night and ending Friday. Snowfall amounts will mostly be light across the plains but may impact the Friday morning commute.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
