Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

…SNOW AND COLD TODAY…

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

After a cold start with wind chills near zero in many areas,
temperatures will warm into the 40s on the plains and 30s and 40s
in the mountains this afternoon. Northwest winds will gust to
around 35 mph in areas near the northern Colorado border, and up
to 50 mph in the higher mountains. Winds will be lighter
elsewhere.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Friday through Wednesday

Dry weather is expected for the forecast area Friday through
Wednesday. Temperatures will warm up a bit on Friday but will
still be below seasonal normals. From Saturday onward, readings
will warm to near or even a bit above normals through at least the
middle of next week.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
