The rest of the forecast area will be dry, with elevated to near critical fire weather conditions across the higher elevations. Rivers and creeks across the plains will continue to run high from previous rainfall. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Warm and dry weather will continue through the middle of the week, with a few afternoon storms possible across the northeastern plains each day. Elevated fire weather conditions are also expected across the high country through at least the middle of the week.
