Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Tonight

A cold front will drop south into the area after midnight to bring
a slight chance of showers over the far northeastern plains along
with the cooler temperatures.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Sunday through Friday

Near freezing temperatures will be possible across portions of
the plains Monday morning. A Frost Advisory is in effect for
Lincoln and eastern Elbert counties.

Low humidity, gusty winds and warmer temperature will lead to
increasing Fire danger across the north central mountains and
northern foothills Monday and Tuesday.

Much colder unsettled weather is expected from late Wednesday
through Thursday, with snow possible across north central and
northeastern Colorado. Denver could see its first snow of the
season Wednesday night. Freezing temperatures will be possible
once again Thursday and Friday morning.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
