The best chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be in the mountains, especially along and west of the Continental Divide with brief heavy rain. Showers and thunderstorms will diminish by later this evening over the mountains. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday For the weekend into early next week, showers and thunderstorms will favor the mountains, especially along and south of the Interstate 70 corridor and over the Palmer Divide. For Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be a better chance for thunderstorms spreading out over the plains with possibly stronger thunderstorms. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
