WASHINGTON COUNTY HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

  This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central Colorado.  .DAY ONE...Today and Tonight  Very dry conditions over the plains will allow for elevated fire conditions this afternoon. However, winds will only be in the 10 to 20 mph range so Red Flag criteria won't be met. Over the mountains and higher foothills a few wind gusts up to 60 mph may occur later this morning through the afternoon.  .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday  Snow returns to the mountains late Monday. Several quick moving systems will yield periods of snowfall over the mountains through majority of the work-week. Minor travel impacts possible for the mountains.  .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...  Spotter activation will not be needed.
