Washington County Hazardous Weather Outlook

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Thursday through Tuesday

Dry and warm conditions will continue on Thursday. Winds are
expected to increase ahead of an approaching upper trough. The
combination of warm temperatures and increasing wind will lead to
elevated fire danger conditions over the higher terrain. The next
chance for precipitation will be Friday afternoon and evening as
a cold front moves across the plains.

Over the weekend there will continue to be a chance of showers
and thunderstorms, mainly over the higher terrain.

Spotter activation will not be needed today or tonight.
